### Description

Safe Swiss Cloud will be carrying out planned maintenance work on the Internet broadband concentrator routers in the data centre on Tuesday night, 13 October 2026, between 20:00 and 04:00. These routers connect the broadband Internet connections (FTTH, DSL) to the Safe Swiss Cloud network backbone and its Internet uplinks. Multiple connection interruptions and re-connections may occur during this period. Should you experience an outage during this period, please restart the corresponding router on 14.10.2026 after 4 o’clock.

### Description

On the night of Tuesday, 8 September 2026, between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., we will be carrying out maintenance work on the backbone and Internet infrastructure.

During this period, brief connection interruptions may occur due to necessary traffic rerouting, as well as temporary unavailability of publicly accessible Internet services. This will affect network traffic to and from the Internet as well as publicly accessible Internet services.

After completion of the work, Safe Swiss Cloud will carry out internal tests and monitor the system. We ask that you test your central applications and services for network connectivity and functionality after the maintenance or the following day.

We ask that you inform your users, partners and possibly customers about the maintenance in case there are any interruptions.
