Many enterprises store critical data in file servers, ERP, CRM, ticketing and other line-of-business systems. To make this data safely accessible to large language models, an MCP server (agent) must be created for each system that should be queried or updated by the LLM. Safe Swiss Cloud designs, develops, deploys and operates these MCP servers for its customers. The focus is on clear permission boundaries, robust error handling and predictable behaviour, so that AI agents can safely read, search and, where appropriate, write data without bypassing existing controls. ### MCP Operations & Maintenance Once MCP servers are deployed, Safe Swiss Cloud operates them as part of the Private AI environment and keeps them up to date.
