Backups
Backups allow for restores in case of unintended deletes, to recover from ransomware or other service interruptions.
We store backups in two separate data centres, on storage which is independent from the disk volumes used. This unique feature makes these backups suitable for disaster recovery purposes.
The success of the backups is checked daily and action taken if not.
Monitoring
Server monitoring is an integral part of every IT operation. We monitor all server resources for excessive use of CPU & RAM, disks filling up, for network availability and lots more.
The monitoring system provides graphs and reports of resource usage, uptime etc.

We monitor the health of your databases, take actions to prevent performance bottlenecks, storage filling up, excessive RAM and CPU usage and raise alerts when needed.
The monitoring system provides graphs and reports of resource usage, uptime etc.
